The music is fittet to the practice .It will pick you up and give you energy and in other parts it will help you to wind down and relax .
The practice is Dynamic Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. Challenging for anybody but doable for every body.

We created a lifestyle for people who love music and love movement and are health conscious.
Deep House Yoga will take you out of your everyday life onto a journey of breath, light, sound and movement.
 We chose the Yoga to suit every body. Its challenging and you will sweat-which is important to release toxins, but for sure you will be able to “do” the Yoga without the need to be an athlete or a super bendy Yogi.
The sequence of Yoga Asana is well chosen to stretch muscles and fascia plus rejuvenate inner organs as well as balancing the lymphatic system and Glandfunctions.
 You will detox your body and mind and find peace
